Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the item in its original anti-static bag and protective packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
